I just don't think I am cut out for this whole blogging thing. I never realized how little I have to say until I realized how little I had to say. I'm working a graveyard shift tonight. And after 3 traumas in 20 minutes and 4 on-call Doctors not responding, I'm ready to throw in the towel.
I'm not good with words. So I've added this picture to illustrate my feelings about tonight.
